Spring Branch Independent School District Proposed Planned Unit Development for Memorial High School.

The City of Hedwig Village has received a Planned Unit Development Application for the Memorial High School. The City will hold a public hearing on October 7, 2019 at 6:00 p.m., which gives an opportunity for the public to comment on the proposed plan for Memorial High School (See Tentative Schedule below).

Complete Application Submitted: 8/30/2019

Only City Council can approve a Planned Unit Development, after hearing a recommendation from Planning and Zoning Commission.

Current Status: The City is awaiting a re-submittal to address the comments from Engineering, Building Department, City Forester, and Traffic Engineer.

9/19/19 @ 6:30 p.m. – Regular City Council Meeting - No presentation but public comments are welcomed

10/01/19 @ 6:30 p.m. – Regular Planning & Zoning Meeting - PUD Presentation

10/07/19 @ 6:00 p.m. – Joint Public Hearing & Discuss additional P&Z Meeting if needed (Drainage Engineer, Traffic Engineer, Building Department Staff, City Forester)

10/17/19 @ 6:30 p.m. – Regular Council Meeting - Planning & Zoning Meeting to follow
